Junior Wright

Biography


Junior Wright is a multi-talented singer-songwriter, dancer, and actor from North Carolina, currently residing in California. He is known for evolving style, dancing ability, and voice, as well as his creativity in songwriting and choreographing. His notable influences include Michael Jackson, Prince and Whitney Houston.

Junior Wright started his early life with aspirations on becoming a singer, which ultimately evolved into a greater purpose to become an entertainer. He learned and explored different singing genres including opera. Junior then expanded his creative output by learning acting and dance, and worked as a dance teacher and choreographer for a dance company.

Junior Wright decided to further pursue his singing career and so he left his home state to move to to Los Angeles. He released his debut album, 666, in 2012, which draws on his broad artistic capabilities as seen on his single and video “Private Dancer”. He has also released a video for his single “Never”.

In 2015, Junior released his single, “Blood”, as well as a video for his song “Without You”. The song has musical stylings of rock, classical, and dance, and the video captures the emotions associated with those styles while bringing them to life. In the same year, he also re-released his first EP entitled Come to Me.
